The couple, who are already parents to North, four, and Saint, one, will be welcoming another little girl to the Kardashian-West family, according to reports from TMZ.
Kim has previously talked about her and Kanye's desire to have another baby, but the star suffered with placenta accreta, where the placenta grows into the muscle of the uterus, in her pregnancies.
Due to the medical condition, doctors advised her not to risk carrying a third child.

“The entire family is over the moon. Kim had been looking for a surrogate for months until recently when she found the perfect candidate,” a source told People magazine.
“Given her health scares in the past, Kim felt the need to hire a surrogacy agency that helped serve as the liaison in finding a healthy woman who would be a great surrogate option for her and Kanye. Both of them have been super involved in the process.”
Kim has previously spoken openly about the difficulties she experienced during her two labours, and Keeping Up With The Kardashians has followed her various surgeries and doctor consultations in a bid to resolve them.
"I think I always knew that surrogacy was an option, but I didn't think it was that realistic of an option, and now I feel like that's my reality," she said.
And during her latest magazine interview Kim said on the subject of a third child: "We're definitely trying. We are hoping so."
She added: "There have been a lot of things said and Kanye and I have not confirmed anything."
The child is reportedly said to be expected in January
