Rae Sremmurd Denounce Breakup Rumors, Shout Out Their "Clones"

"SremmLife 3" is on the way, anything else is "Fake News," according to Jxmmi
Rae Sremmurd's Swae Lee and Slim Jxmmi may have individual plans to drop solo projects, but SremmLife is forever. In a new interview with Billboard the Tupelo, Mississippi brothers cleared up the rumors that they're breaking up, addressed the influence they've had on other artists, and promise that SremmLife 3 is coming soon.
"Fake News!" said Jxmmi in response to a question about rumors of a Sremm split. Then Swae chimed in: "That was just a myth. We've got many, many, many more projects coming. Many more songs coming, many more features coming. It's just the beginning."
Of course, you can count on Mike WiLL, who signed the brothers and produced most of their hits including "Black Beatles" and "No Type" (co-produced by Swae) to be involved with future material. "Mike WiLL Made-It is definitely gonna be in the mix," said Swae. "His vision is crazy. We trust him and we're on the same page. Everything we create, it just goes together so perfectly. It blends so perfectly."
With many platinum plaques to their name and a unique vocal and melodic style, ae Sremmurd have already influenced many artists since their arrival in 2014. They've been hearing it too. "We have babies; definitely little babies. Shout out to all them clones," said Swae. "We settin' trends left and right ‎since we came from the “No Flex Zone” days. I feel like everyone's looking to us like, "What's next?" From Slim Jxmmi doing the goggles, to me with the bandanas, John Lennon lenses, shaving my dreads on the side, whatever. We just settin' trends; we just bein' different. Music is just so oversaturated. Everybody wants to do the same thing, so you need leaders. We don't wanna be in the same pool as all these other artists. So yeah, we stay different. New trends coming soon."
While there's no release date for their upcoming third album, the brothers released their new single "Perplexin' Pegasus" -- once again produced by Mike WiLL -- earlier this month. It's since entered the Billboard Hot 100. One thing they know for sure -- it's coming soon. "SremmLife 3. New videos coming. We got clothes, movies. Video games. We're everywhere. We just wanna branch out," attests Swae.
On top of Sremm 3. Look out for solo projects Swaecation and Uncle Jxmmi in the near future.

For example, the Grateful producer brought his son on stage with him at the Billboard Hot 100 music festival earlier this month, with the crowd cheering him on as family photos played in a montage behind the toddler. In addition to that, Khaled also said that he bit the bullet and flew for the first time in a decade, all because of his son. Now, he's helping his son look beyond fresh as both he and Asahd took to the red carpet prior to the MTV Video Music Awards. According to E! Online, the 10-month-old was clad in a Gucci suit that was embroidered with images of cartoon monsters. Adorable, sure. Expensive, hell yes. The ensemble would set you back roughly $2,000 if you're looking to purchase it for your little one. It includes the $820 jacket, a $260 button-down shir
